Given that fragrances are concerned and the hygiene issues, no return will be accepted. No refunds and exchanges will be accepted for any open/used fragrance products.

Damaged Products: While fragr3ntures is proud of its packaging, in case you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email debrosser0506@gmail.com within 48 hours after the delivery. Kindly provide pictures of the damaged product and its packaging to expedite this matter.
