Because fragrances involve hygiene concerns, we don't accept returns. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for any open/used fragrance products.

⚠️ Damaged Products

While Fragr3ntures is proud of its packaging, if you receive a product damaged upon arrival, please email vkfrshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging to help us resolve this quickly.
